Your Style
Your Style
Your style is what others see. Like the color and the way a vegetable grows, we see the outside characteristics and behaviors of a person. We see your hair, your style of dress, the way you stand and present yourself. Then there is the seed inside that contains the core characteristics you were born with. As you learn more about yourself and how outside influences affected the way you grew, you might also get a sense of your inner self. The real you that you want to further develop. Personalities are complex and the source of numerous studies and theories that don’t fit with our simple vegetable analogy. The Vegetable Personality Styles™ can look from the outside in as a tool for conversation as you share and talk about your personality styles with friends, family, and colleagues to better understand each other. The analogy is an easy way to have fun learning about yourself and how to connect with others.
